Ground-up construction of an exclusive, beachfront pool and spa as part of Nobu Ryokan. The scope of work for this 7,000 square foot project included demolition of the existing building, 80-foot piles, structural slabs, architectural concrete, exterior finishes, grading to mitigate potential damage from natural elements and construction of an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.
